If what turned up is not what should have turned up, we fix it. That part is simple.

Broken, wrong, or never arrived

Honey, propolis and anything edible

Once food has left the farm it cannot come back and be sold to somebody else, so we cannot accept returns on it for a change of mind. That is not us being difficult — it is the rule that keeps food from a stranger's kitchen out of yours.

If the honey is not what you expected — too dark, too solid, not the flavour you remember — write to us anyway. Raw honey varies by the month and by what was in bloom, and there is usually an explanation worth hearing. We would rather talk about it than have you quietly not come back.

Candles, beeswax and other things that are not eaten

Unopened and unused, they can come back within 30 days of arriving. Write to us first so we know to expect them. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or the wrong one; the refund goes out once the parcel reaches the farm.

How a refund reaches you

Back to the card you paid with, through Square. We do not hold store credit and we do not keep your card details — Square does, and only Square. Money usually appears within five to ten working days, depending on your bank rather than on us.

Standing orders

A subscription can be stopped at any time from the link in your confirmation email. A delivery already paid for still comes; nothing is charged after that. If a payment fails three times we stop trying, pause the standing order and email you — we would rather ask than keep knocking.
