1980s

North Dakota

Leif’s grandfather keeps his first hives. The family trade begins on the northern plains.

2010

Full-time beekeeper

After working the family operation out of college, Leif goes into commercial beekeeping full-time.

Jensen’s Honey

Leif opens his own business — his hives, his harvests, his name on the jar.
