Jensen's Honey
Single-source apiary · Gainesville, Florida

The way it is in the jar is the way it is in the hive. Never blended.

Grocery-store honey is a blend of a hundred harvests. Ours is one meadow, one season, one beekeeper.

The harvest list

Read it like a wine card

Every harvest is bottled on its own, never mixed with another. When a season sells out, it’s gone until the bees make the next one.

2026Harvest

Wildflower — this year’s harvest

from $45
Current harvest
One honey, the way one vineyard makes one wine. Raw, unfiltered, straight from our own hives — free shipping included.

The waxworks

Candles from our own wax

Every candle is poured from the wax our bees made this season — clean golden flame, faint scent of honey. No paraffin, ever.

Cylinder pillar

Classic pillar in pure beeswax — clean golden flame, honey-sweet scent.

from $30

Hex pillar

Honeycomb-faceted pillar — the hive, cast in its own wax.

from $30

Luminaries

Thin-walled beeswax shells that glow from within. Fill with sand and set a tea light inside — the flame throws the wax carvings into relief and warms out the honey-sweet beeswax scent.

from $12

Little lights

Skeps, floating stars and blooms, and tapers — little lights from the hive.

from $3

Beeswax ingots

Pure beeswax by the block — for makers, balms and wood care. A small 1½ oz pair or a ½ lb ingot.

from $5

Also from the hive

Raw propolis

Pure hive propolis, small batch.

One honey, a hundred ways to use it — from the kitchen counter to the gym bag.

In the kitchen

Bake it, glaze with it, whisk it into dressings — or eat it straight off the spoon.

Before you move

Nature’s fast fuel — a spoonful of raw honey before a workout or a long day.

An everyday ritual

Stirred into tea, drizzled on toast, added to a warm drink — a long-loved home favorite.
